CBT based daily supportive text message program which was originally launched to support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety and depression as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

ResilienceNHope

The Global Psychological eHealth Foundation promotes and offer supportive text message and email messaging programs developed by the Global Mental Health Research Group via the ResilienceNHope online application.
